Regent Eats Crow, or was that Rat?

Behrel dom Camréal’s public criticism of the Regent of Regina for never having been down in the trenches or having faced a rat dinner took on a more personal note last night at The Club Zambezi.

In a Tattler exclusive photo, Behrel and Corina are pictured dining on what is undeniably a rat dinner. Although the topic of their dinner conversation is unknown, it was assuredly as spicy as the entrée.

The Chef François Petain has described the specially ordered entrée as Rat François au Flambe: using the freshest local rat with a demi-glacé sauce, stuffed with rat liver paté, served flaming on a bed of shredded Deneb Cabbage.

This reporter was startled to observe the life-like appearance of the rats, given the miragu berries in their eyes. Dennis Chin, the busboy at the Club Zambezi, stated that the diners not only ate the entrée, he thinks he saw teeth marks on the rat bones.
